BODY AWARENESS CLASSES ARE FOR DEVELOPING CONSCIOUS PRESENCE – THIS BASICALLY MEANS BRINGING YOUR BODY AND MIND INTO THE SAME PLACE AT THE SAME TIME.

Once you take the time to stop and align your body and mind, you can connect to the wisdom of your body. You  can become more aware of what your body is communicating to you, how you feel in your body, in the space around you and in the world at large.

Body-Mind Awareness can be beneficial for reducing tension, stress and anxiety and fostering:

These classes may include discussions, sitting, laying or walking meditations, body-mind connection awareness or gentle exercise practices.
Mindfulness Gold Coast
Jeannette offers Body-Mind Awareness Classes at the Art of Being Well in the Avanti Health Centre in Southport, Gold Coast. Private sessions are available in-person and via Telehealth.
